Welcome to Urfit! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Urfit mobile application and related services ("App"), operated by Urfit, an Australian-registered business ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Services

Urfit provides fitness content, including workout routines and training plans, to help users improve their health and fitness. The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

• The information and workout plans provided in the App are for general fitness purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
• Consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
• You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or health issues arising from your use of the App or following its content.

6. Full Liability Waiver

You agree to release Urfit, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving or participating in the services provided by Urfit. You understand that participating in any activity or following any workout or training plan involves certain risks and you accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

7. Subscription Billing and Payments

• Payment details will be collected at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and cancelling if they do not wish to renew.
• Prices and billing cycles are subject to change with prior notice.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees once payment is processed.
• If you believe a refund is warranted due to technical issues or other exceptional circumstances, contact our support team at urfit.au@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
• Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

• The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors, social media platforms, or external content providers.
• We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.
• Use of any third-party services accessed through the App is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the App's systems.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version in the App or on our website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these Terms or for any reason.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
